Investment Strategy

Our objective is to provide strong monthly cash flow and continuing growth in capital values. Risk is low having solid undervalued real estate backed equity. Our strategy is to take single family and Multi-Family residential properties and reposition them in a growing market by introducing new occupants or “Owners in Training” under a Land Contract thereby creating untapped value in the asset making it ready for resale to other investors in as little as four months.

Investment Criteria

-  Focused on maximizing property income and return on investment by carefully analyzing market trends including market rents and concessions, supply and demand balance, sale transactions, and national and local economic forces.

-  We seek out single and multi-family dwellings in selected metropolitan areas of the US with higher rent rates.

-  We target stable and growing markets with strong local economies and low unemployment.

-  Ideal markets have higher volumes of bank owned inventory of undervalued real estate
